San Fransico 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith, was
arrested and booked Sunday after yelling "Bomb" in LAX Airport. A
statement released by Sgt. Karla Ortiz of the LAPD says Smith was
selected for secondary screening at the airport.
The statement says Smith then became “belligerent and uncooperative
with the process and with the TSA agent, making a comment indicating
that he was in possession of a bomb before proceeding towards the gate
area.”
Once LAPD officers arrived on the scene, Smith continued to be “uncooperative” and was detained. 49ers general manager Trent Baalke released a statement of disappointment through a team spokesman.
Wonder what made him act out this way!
